Beans on toast on a white plate

Short Order

Early version, still cooking: not the final v1 yet.

More

A week in the beans-on-toast van, Monday to Friday. Toast the bread, butter it if they ask, warm the beans, plate it the way each regular likes it and serve it at the hatch. Ingredients cost money, so waste hurts. Three customers walk out and the day is over.

Monday

Take £12 before 10:00

1 Bread in the Toaster. Open a tin at the Beans.
2 Take a Plate. Add toast, and butter if asked.
3 Spoon on the beans. Out at the Hatch.
